This is one of my wife's favorite snacks (she likes them cold the next morning). Here is California, Pears are in abundance, so is bacon, obviously these two were meant to meet.
It doesn't really matter what types of Pears you use, I have a couple of different ones here.
Core the pears and quarter. Then split the quarters lengthwise.
Wrap in Bacon and then season with Gingery Orange Gourmet Salt and brown sugar.
Cook on the grill indirect, until bacon is done.
