Today we went on a hike in the Sierra Nevada mountains to Shealor Lakes.
After a day in the outdoors, we were ready for a cup of Anytime Tea and some food.
On the way home we stopped and picked up a couple of tenderloin steaks (Filet Mignon), broccoli and some sweet potatoes.
When we got home Jody put in hot water for a cup of tea while I got the grill ready. and seasoned the steaks. Today's seasoning choice is one of our favorites with steak - Garlicky Lemon Gourmet Salt.
I tossed them on the Cue-Grill, a 1960's era cast iron grill I have restored.
Served with Sweet Potato and Grill-roasted Broccoli.
