During the pre-launch of our Gourmet Salt line, we had the opportunity to send out some samples to our friends on social media for them to use and to provide feedback.Every bit of the feedback we got was evaluated and some was incorporated into our products.

Sometimes we get lucky and one of our friends will incorporate one of our products into a recipe and post it. This was one of those times.Lucky for you, I have his consent to share his recipe.

 

Marinated Hanger Steak, with California slaw, and quick pickled radishes

 

Marinated Hanger Steak, with California slaw, and quick pickled radishes

Recipe:

1T Naturiffic Peppery Lime gourmet salt
1t Tajin Classico seasoning
1t Ancho chile powder
1/2t sugar or syrup
2T lemon juice
1/2 lemon peel sliced thin
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 scallions thinly sliced
1/8 cup alcohol, I used Shaoxing wine
1/8 cup water
I marinaded the beef for 12 hours in this, then simply plopped it onto hot lump charcoal

I copied his recipe above verbatim. (Capital "T" is Tablespoon and lower case "t" is teaspoon)
