Parmesan & Cheddar Cheese Puffs (Keto!)
Parmesan Cheddar Cheese Puffs
3 egg whites
⅛ tspn cream of tartar
2oz cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Seasonings to taste...I used Naturiffic Q-Salt
Pre-heat oil in fryer to 350F degrees.
Place the egg whites in a bowl, add the cream of tartar and whisk (I used hand mixer cause I’m lazy) until firm peaks.
Sprinkle the cheese over the egg white mixture and gently fold it in, being careful not to lose the consistency of the eggs.
Spoon the mixture into a piping bag
(I use a zip lock bag with corner cut out)
Fry for 5 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
