Grilled Peaches & Tri Tip

Wifey brought home a gorgeous Tri tip

and some fresh peaches. (Love Peach season!)

I'm still playing with my new tripod, so this just meant I needed to light a fire in the fire pit.

A beverage is required at this point

Seasoned the Tri tip with Naturiffic Q-Salt and let it sit while the peaches were prepared.

These were seasoned with Gingery Orange Salt.

Peaches went on the grill mid-cook, everything is looking good.

Resting the Tri tip

​While the Tri tip was resting, we made up salad.

Baby arugula, mozzarella & grilled peaches with a balsamic dressing

Sliced.

Served.

​In addition to the salad, the grilled peaches were also made into dessert. Filled with Mascarpone cheese and drizzled with honey.

These were amazing.
