Stuffed Flank Steak and Roasted Brocolli

Flank steak seasoned with Q-Salt, butterflied and then stuffed with baby spinach, cranberries and goat cheese.

Rolled and tied and onto the Weber Performer.

Meanwhile, broccoli was seasoned with Garlicky Lemon salt from Naturiffic and tossed with olive oil. Into a foil pack and cooked until tender. Topped with Parmesan cheese.

Sliced and served
